Send us a message including the email address associated with your Defens account.
Provide a brief reason for your refund request. Your feedback helps us improve our writing assistant for future users.

3. Timeline for Your Refund

Once we receive your request, we will process your refund promptly.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method used.
You can expect the funds to be returned within 14 days.
Please note that your bank or card provider may take additional time to display the credit on your statement.

Finality: Once a refund is issued, access to the refunded draft within the app may be removed.
